WORK WITH ME AS YOUR LIFE COACH

Life Design for global leaders

Let's embark on a transformative journey to optimize your life and unlock your full potential. Below, read about the international leaders I help, my approach, and see recent success stories.

When you’re ready, let’s talk.

I work with Adult Third Culture Kids (ATCKs) aka Global Nomads

They have diverse cultural experiences — growing up in multiple countries, navigating different educational systems, and adapting to various social norms.

Many have faced unique challenges — identity struggles, feelings of rootlessness, and difficulties in forming deep connections.

They are global citizens, bridge-builders, cultural chameleons, and resilient individuals. All have a desire for personal growth and self-discovery.

Being authentic, empathetic, and understanding is vital to my clients. They want to embrace their ATCK identity and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

If this sounds like you, then let’s talk.

Do you need…?

A fulfilling life

You want a life that aligns with your unique identity and values.

More connections (opportunities)

Enhance your presence in the world (networking, visibility, engagement) to open up new doors and create fulfilling opportunities..

Feeling on-track

Feeling off-track isn't your destiny. It's time to reassess, reimagine, or refine your life to truly reflect who you are and support your aspirations.

Significant transformation

You're ready for significant transformation. People value partnering with me to gain clarity, devise strategic life plans, and achieve meaningful progress

Is it time for us to talk?
If so, then let’s talk.

 My “Design to Thrive" Approach

GET YOU EXCITED ABOUT YOUR LIFE

While being an Adult Third Culture Kids indicates that you’re adaptable, multilingual, culturally knowledgable, and resilient, I've found that these strengths don’t help you form close relationships, feel rooted, connected, and solidify your own identity. In fact, ATCKs suffer from increased levels of depression and anxiety. (Gilbert, 2008; Pollock et al, 2017)

Similarly, going it alone, isolating, hiring expensive coaches who don’t understand the ATCK journey, who are biased and prejudiced against people with a global lifestyle, who don’t have coaching credentials, who are formulaic, and who are always “selling” you something. If you don’t trust your coach, you’re not going to be able to open up and make change to your life.

Instead, the coaching process needs to speak to you in a deeper, more meaningful way — and that stuff is found in your heart… the true you.

What will motivate you in your Life Design is being able to relate and connect about shared struggles, fears, worries, and pains — as well as — your dreams, goals, desires, and wishes, all within the context of their ATCK experience.

Effective tools, engaging exercises, and personalized support are definite must-haves for your Life Design, but the magic is in the shared journey — the insights, reflections, discussions, etc.

When I work with ATCKs, I have them complete a 25-question intake form to dig up this precious material.

If you like my approach, let’s talk.

“Being coached by Diana has helped me make enormous progress in my life. Her professional knowledge, life experience traveling and living abroad, and positive attitude gave me the confidence in myself that I had lost due to a serious illness. With her professional skills, she helped me look at my life from several points of view, and now I see that I have many qualities and strengths to help me rebuild and go forward with purpose. Finally her compassion and creativity taught me how to create hope out of situations that otherwise seemed impossible to cope with.”

— LISA, NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND, USA

“She creates space for her client to talk and work through topics, while also sharing observations, calling out patterns and posing thoughtful questions.”

— LAURA M., COLUMBIA TEACHERS COLLEGE

“Diana listened without judgment and asked pertinent questions that helped me see things more clearly than when I tried to muddle through them on my own. She helped me set-up objectives based on my needs and cheered me on during a challenging period in my life. She is solid, patient and competent. I would highly recommend her as a coach.”

  • The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”

  • Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. If you’re going through a crisis and you feel so overwhelmed you have trouble functioning, a therapist is often your best option.

Coaching is NOT about working through your past traumas. It’s about focusing on actionable steps to improve your life.

I am happy to work with your therapist to give you the best support you need.

  • Once we’ve established our working relationship, each session’s agenda is yours.

  • Unless otherwise organized, we shall meet on Zoom.

    1. You are creative, resourceful and whole and have the answer within.

    2. We change by feeling good and this includes feeling safe and non-judged.

    3. You, the client, creates the agenda.

    4. I'm not the expert. I won’t tell you what to do but will refer out and give you tools, if needed.

    5. Coaching is “in-vivo” not “in-vitro” and is present and future-action based.

  • Illegal activity, if required by law, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena; imminent or likely risk of danger to self or to others. Where I reasonably believe one of the above circumstances is applicable, I may need to inform appropriate authorities.

  • You’ll see if partnering with me could provide you with what you think you'll need to improve your performance and brain health.

Session is on Zoom, Google, or phone.

Space for you to think and process.

    Judgement-free zone.

    Confidentiality.

    No risk, no pressure.
